2. Description of Service

Tempobuk provides an online scheduling platform that allows users to create booking pages and accept appointments. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
• Notify us immediately if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches related to the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. If you elect to use paid features, you agree to the pricing and payment terms as we may update them from time to time.

• Subscription: Services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually).
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.

5. User Content

In no event shall Tempobuk, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
